After much begging, cajoling and flattery, I finally talked Mary into appearing on video. We’re experimenting with a new feature called Tales from the Galley where she will walk you through different aspects of cooking on a boat. To start things off we chose something very short and simple from the Boat Galley Cookbook, a Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip.
